BAR Z - RIVERSIDE RANCH

Montana father and son duo John and Dave Hanson have been hosting anglers from around the country on their property for more than twenty years.  The Bar Z Riverside Ranch offers some of the finest private trophy brown trout we’ve ever had the chance to fish in the US.  With over 12 miles of private water on the property and access to another 10 miles of private water and many private lakes, this property has to be of the true hidden gems of Montana.  Anglers will feel like they’ve stepped back in time to the Montana of the past and the one you see in the movies.

Currently, the property consists of a main cabin where all meals are eaten and another anglers cabin that can comfortably accommodate four guests at a time.  Construction is due to begin in the spring of 2010 on the new Bar Z Riverside Ranch Guest Lodge.  The new lodge will consist of 3 full size bedrooms with private baths, spacious dinning and living room areas overlooking Strawberry Butte and Sheep Creek and a massive wrap around porch where anglers can recall the days missed fish.  In our opinion, this property has some of the best private water available in Montana.  The Bar Z will have access to two helicopters for remote fly out options to waters that are very rarely fished.  Double Haul Travel is please to offer this amazing fishery at prices starting under $3,000 dollars per angler per week including transfers from Bozeman, six full days of guided fishing, seven nights lodging, three meals per day and access to some of the best private water in the western United States.
