This property is perfectly positioned on the banks of the world famous Marls of Abaco Island.   For over a decade we've been telling anglers about this incredible fishery both for bonefish and permit.  This is no secrect to managing partner Oliver White and the world famous fishing lodge giant Nervous Waters based out of Buenos Aires.  They teamed up and the resulting Abaco Lodge is a vision to behold.  located only a short boat ride from some of the most fertile waters in the Caribbean, this remarkable lodge provides every comfort an angler could want.  Oliver and his staff of guides lead by David Tate and Marty Sawyer provides anglers unparalleled access to the flats as well as a home base that would satisfy even the most discriminating angler’s tastes.  All rooms are single occupancy complete with deck overlooking the Marls and private baths.  Creature comforts include wifi and satellite television.

Recently featured on the ESPN series, “Pirates of the Flats”, Abaco Lodge boasts one of the best guide and kitchen staff in all of the Bahamas, and this new location is sure to be a popular one for many seasons to come.  Fishing is solid due to the lower levels of angler traffic following the destructive hurricanes in the mid-2000’s that shut down the islands fisheries for a few years.

Commercial and private flights out of Fort Lauderdale, Miami or West Palm to Marsh Harbour make this destination one of the easiest to access in the entire Caribbean.  Future commercial flights out of Atlanta and New York City will offer anglers a quick weekend trip that's more than worth the effort.
