The Blue Ocean Institute gets it.  Headed by long time angler and tireless steward of the oceans, Dr. Carl Safina, the BOI strives to educate the public on the every increasing problems facing our oceans.  We have pleged to donate up to 5% of each anglers trip total (excluding air) to the Blue Ocean Institute.  Through this relationship, we hope to give back only a small portion of what we've taken from the oceans.  Working with the BOI will enable us to spread the word of hope lead by science and inspired by education throughout the fly fishing community.

 Moving forward, we will strive to build relationships with other companies who are committed to the preservation of the environment.  The unifying element of DoubleHaul Travel is a shared commitment to build unity among partner organizations and increase collective effectiveness, primarily by focusing on policy decisions made at the international level. The future partners will focus on commonalities in three core areas:
